Data collected

“Tell me about your project” form

Full name, email address, phone number (optional), company (optional) and project description. This information is stored in order to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a commercial proposal. None of these fields is used for advertising purposes.

Chat assistant (chatbot)

To keep the conversation going as you browse, the assistant stores locally in your browser (via localStorage under the key mkdg.chat.session.v1) the last 40 text messages exchanged and a random session identifier.

Local retention: this local history is automatically deleted if no new exchange takes place for more than 7 consecutive days. You can also reset the conversation at any time from the chat window.

Files and voice messages: if you send an image or record a voice message, the content is sent encrypted for processing by the automation pipeline (n8n and the associated AI model). It is never kept in your browser's local storage. Do not share confidential or banking information through this channel.

Newsletter

If you subscribe, your email address, the date you signed up and the date you confirmed are stored. Sign-up is a two-step process (double opt-in): you are only subscribed after clicking the link in the confirmation email. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.

Subscribers are managed with Listmonk, open-source software hosted on my own server; emails are sent from my business mailbox. Opens and clicks are counted in aggregate to measure interest in each send, without individual profiling. After you unsubscribe, the address is never used again; you can request its complete deletion at any time.

Technical data

The sending IP address is used temporarily to limit abusive automated form submissions. It is not kept with your request beyond that use.

Purpose and legal basis

The data is processed solely to answer a business enquiry that you initiated, on the basis of that voluntary step. Filling in the form does not commit you to anything.

Recipients

Requests are stored in an internal database and notified to the website publisher. They are never sold, rented or passed on to third parties for marketing. The only technical parties involved are the website host (OVHcloud (2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France) — demos and preview environments: Vercel / Render) and the internal automation tool used to process requests.

Retention period

Requests that do not lead to a project are kept for three years from the last exchange, then deleted. Data related to a contractual relationship is kept for the legal period applicable to business records.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data at any time, and withdraw your request. Write to contact@mkdevgrowth.com: you will receive an answer within thirty days.

Cookies

The public website sets no audience-measurement cookies or advertising trackers. One strictly necessary cookie is used to keep the administration session, on the private part of the site only.
