Digital accessibility audit (WCAG / RGAA)

Make your website usable by all your visitors, including people with disabilities, and know exactly where you stand against accessibility requirements.

Typical use cases

  • E-commerce site selling in Europe
  • Responding to a tender
  • B2B SaaS application
  • Public body or non-profit website

Estimated timeline: 1 to 2 weeks depending on the size of the sample.

Who it's for

Who is this offer for?

E-merchants and companies selling in Europe, SaaS platforms, public bodies and non-profits, and any organisation that wants a website everyone can really use.

Scope and conditions:

The audit covers a sample of pages, not the entire site. Fixes are not included (separate quote if you'd like me to make them). I don't issue official certification: the report documents the sample's compliance at a given date.

Pain points

The problems I remove

  • European customers or tenders that require an accessibility statement you don't know how to produce.

  • Forms, menus or checkout flows that can't be used by keyboard or with a screen reader — every one a lost sale.

  • Automated tools that show a reassuring score while detecting only part of the real problems.

Concrete deliverables

What I build for you

An evaluation of your website or application against WCAG 2.2 level AA and the French RGAA standard: automated tests, manual keyboard and screen-reader testing, and a report that explains each issue and how to fix it.

  1. A representative sample of pages and key journeys (home, form, checkout or sign-up…) agreed with you

  2. Automated tests complemented by manual tests: keyboard only, NVDA and VoiceOver screen readers, zoom, contrast, text alternatives

  3. A detailed report: each issue located, linked to its WCAG/RGAA criterion, with its severity and the recommended fix

  4. The sample's compliance rate and a draft accessibility statement, plus a re-audit of the fixes on the audited pages

Method

My 4-step delivery method

A progressive, transparent approach with regular checkpoints.

  1. Sample & scope

Choosing the pages and journeys to test, the target standard and the test environments (browsers, mobile).

  2. Automated tests

Automated analysis to quickly catch detectable errors: contrast, missing attributes, structure.

  3. Manual tests

Real journeys by keyboard and screen reader — that's where most blockers are found.

  4. Report & re-audit

Debrief, prioritised fixes, then verification of the pages once the fixes are done.

FAQ

Answers to common questions

Does the European Accessibility Act apply to me?

Since 28 June 2025, this directive requires accessibility for many digital services offered in the European Union, including e-commerce and banking. Micro-enterprises providing services are exempt. If you sell to European customers, the audit helps you check your situation — it doesn't replace legal advice.

Isn't an automated tool enough?

No. Automated tools only catch part of the problems: they can't judge whether alternative text makes sense or whether a journey is usable by keyboard. That's why most of the audit is done by hand.

Why WCAG and RGAA?

WCAG is the international standard; RGAA is its French implementation, with a precise testing method. I rely on both to produce a report recognised by your stakeholders in France and elsewhere.
