Newsletter & email marketing

Stay in touch with your customers and prospects through a regular newsletter that reaches the inbox, not the spam folder.

Typical use cases

  • Customer newsletter
  • Prospect follow-up
  • Product announcements
  • Non-profit newsletter

Estimated timeline: Setup in 1 to 2 weeks, then monthly support.

Who it's for

Who is this offer for?

SMEs, shops, firms and non-profits with an untapped contact base, or that want a direct channel without depending on social-media algorithms.

Scope and conditions:

I only send to contacts who have consented: no purchased lists or unsolicited mass mailing. Content is always approved by you before sending.

Pain points

The problems I remove

  • Hundreds of customer contacts sitting in a file, never followed up.

  • Emails ending up in spam because the sending domain isn't configured properly.

  • Email tools billed per contact, whose cost keeps climbing as the list grows.

Method

My 4-step delivery method

A progressive, transparent approach with regular checkpoints.

  2. Technical setup

Sending tool, domain authentication, sign-up form and import of contacts who have consented.

  3. Template design

An on-brand template, tested on the main email clients and on mobile.

  4. Sending & follow-up

Writing, your approval, sending and a quantified review of each campaign.

FAQ

Answers to common questions

Why a self-hosted tool?

Beyond a few thousand contacts, tools billed per subscriber get expensive. An open-source tool installed on your server has no per-contact cost, and your data stays with you. For large volumes, I connect it to a specialised sending service.

Can I import my current contact list?

Yes, as long as those people agreed to receive your emails. For an old list or one of uncertain origin, I plan a re-confirmation campaign.

Who writes the newsletters?

I write them from your information and news, and nothing goes out without your approval. If you prefer to write yourself, I take care of the layout, sending and follow-up.
